Shipping Rates
Shipping charges and available destinations are displayed at checkout before payment. Rates vary by product and destination.

Processing & Delivery
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing, plus an estimated 10–14 business days for delivery, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or at checkout. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. International delivery may take longer due to customs. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.

Delivery dates are estimates. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs or brokerage fees unless collected at checkout or expressly included in the purchase price.

Address Accuracy
Please provide your complete name, correct shipping address, and email at checkout. Contact us immediately about errors; changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Shipping Issues
For damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries, or if your order has not arrived within 25 business days, email justin@justinbua.com with your name and order number. For damage, please retain the packaging and include photos. BUA Inc. will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
